Blended enables students to learn in a variety of formats and environments. All of the students and teachers are exposed to all the environments at one time or another, though students spend more time working in the environment in which they perform best.

 

Personalized Learning 

Students learning individually with best content and education software. Each student has an individual device which can be a laptop or a tablet that they use for 1-2 hours a day and interact with our Learning management system. Through this experience we deliver personalized learning for every individual student from resources like Khan Academy, Ck12, Discovery Education, Pearson’s, BookBox, Mango Reader and more. The content adapts itself to the students pace and learning ability.  Facilitators are available to answer questions about concepts and help guide the students through their learning map.

 

 

Larger Group Instructions

This is what we traditionally associate with a classroom: 1 teachers and many students learning a concept together. Our facilitators will deliver lessons from our lesson banks to comply with local curriculum. These lessons will be delivered through an interactive way using rich multimedia content using projectors and tablets.

 

 

Independent Practice and Homework

Students work independently with workbooks and homework in our common space. As with personalized learning, our facilitators are around to help students understand concepts and direct them to the right resources.
