Finding out what you wish to do with your life is a question many of us struggle to answer, some even go about living their entire life being unfulfilled by the work they do. Nidhi Singh as many others before her struggled to find work that made her feel satisfied.

She is an educator,  and she will be facilitating a live class on an edtech tool for assessments called Socrative this upcoming week. After completing her education she got a taste of the corporate world and decided it was an ill fit for her and subsequently started a business and found herself in the same place as before.  It was when she started working as a teacher that her professional life finally blossomed and she devoted her soul towards teaching kindergarten children, her passion and hard work paid off and she was promoted to teaching grade 1 & 2.

As a teacher her greatest strength is her compassion towards her children, that allows her to be patient with them through every step of the way. These qualities and her willingness to adapt were what made her truly shine as an educator during this pandemic. She realized the importance of upgrading her skills to keep up with the ever changing world and attended countless webinars and did many online courses from Microsoft , Centa, Coursera, Oxford, Disha, Flocabulary, galti sudhar from edbank, early childhood association, flipgrid etc. to make her virtual classes as interesting as in-person classes or even more.

Now with all the knowledge of various edtech tools and virtual learning tips that she has accumulated she hopes to support her fellow teachers.
